TIPS FOR ORDERING
Here’s some tips to order accurately from our store:
1) Choose your HOUSE OF BIAS color combination.
This is the base combination for your piece. We do not offer “custom color options” for free. You can choose custom colors that are not covered by one of our combinations ONLY if you choose the “Made-To-Measure” option covered below.
2) Arrange how your custom color option will show in your piece.
Choose the MAIN, SECOND, THIRD + FOURTH/TRIM color options that correspond with your initial HOB color combination option.
3) If the option is available, choose whether or not you’d like the piece to be Made-To-Measure. If you would like a custom color option – you may also choose this option. Make sure to put your color preferences in your notes at the end of your order.
4) CHOOSE A PRINT (if you like). For most of our NEW collections we offer two print options (with the exception of the INSA x HOUSE OF BIAS collections). You may choose the coordinating print that you’d like with your piece. If you would prefer solid/plain colors, choose option “NONE”.
5) INSA x HOUSE OF BIAS collections – We are not able to offer custom designs nor color combinations for this collection due to licensing. PRINTS/COLORWAYS are limited to what is currently available in the store for those collections.
ORDERING POLICIES
1) Estimated delivery times for most orders is 6-8 weeks. Delivery on swimwear is typically 2-4 weeks.
If you would like to rush your order, there is typically a 15%-20% premium charge depending on delivery eta and style complexity.
2) FULL RETURNS are accepted only for full priced READY TO WEAR items that have been unworn and returned in it’s originally packaging.
3) ALL SALE + MADE-TO-ORDER pieces are awarded store credit for it’s return.
4) ALL MADE-TO-MEASURE + CUSTOM pieces are final sale.
